Mary Crozier is a Navy spouse of over 25 years.  Recently, she proudly added Navy mom to her title when her oldest son also decided to serve his country by joining the Navy.  In addition, she has 2 younger teenage sons.  When she’s not serving the families of their current command in an advisory role she is a freelance Salesforce Administrator. Experienced in streamlining business processes by optimizing production orgs, implementing apps as well as customizing and reinvigorating out of date orgs.  Passionate about creating processes and dashboards that are simple, readily adopted and provide instant access to the information needed on-demand. Uniquely offering a creative perspective with experience in human-centered design thinking and product development.  Skilled in project management and communication. Feel free to message me on LinkedIn about my availability for salesforce projects that you need assistance with.

Mary’s also a Creative Consultant for an innovative medical device engineering consultancy. They are integrating technology, especially through additive manufacturing, across cultures to bring better, more affordable healthcare to the masses.  In this position, she acts as a Marketing and Brand Manager as well as Web Designer and Administrator.  Focused on creating positive user experiences in order to integrate mutually beneficial systems, she has a passion for collaborating with businesses and organizations at various stages of development to attract, attain and retain clients. Surrounded by brilliant creative people doing inspiring work, she finds it amazing.  Which brings us to why she sits on the AHN board. Mary helped transition American Heroes Network from a hacked, broken and defunct website and assisted them with upgrading their website design as well as the technology behind it.

As mentioned above, Mary utilizes her Salesforce Certification as a Consultant in her own Consultancy to help non-profits and small businesses create processes & automations that are simple and effective. Her experience includes creating processes that make a job more efficient and creating visualizations that help organizations make better decisions.  She’s also been a part of several integrations and lightning conversions.  In the future, Mary hopes to utilize Salesforce in a Marketing capacity to segment audiences so that a campaign can deliver what a user wants before they even realize they want it.

In addition to her philanthropy and work already mentioned, Mary is active in The Paradigm Switch, a military spouse organization that supports spouses following their career and entrepreneurial dreams.  There she shares her experiences learning tech, especially Salesforce, with other military spouses.
